Register of banning orders (1) The Commissioner must establish and maintain a register that includes the following information in relation to each individual against whom a banning order has been made at any time: (a) the name of the individual; (b) the individual's ABN (if any); (c) the details of the banning order made against the individual (including any conditions to which the order is. A banning order may be made against an individual who is or was an aged care worker or a governing person of an approved provider or against an individual who has never been an aged care worker or a governing person.
